I read an article about a person who handed some Chick-fil-A money-takers $400 and instructed them to keep paying for people’s food until the money ran out. The manager of the store said this was a blessing to many, many people who came through the drive-through line, but it was also a big blessing for the entire staff. They witnessed the appreciation and surprise of those who were gifted with a “free” meal, and they saw first-hand the impact a gift given in love can make. Such a simple act, yet it touched many hearts. This is why we do works of faith, to show that our love for Christ is alive and to touch hearts for Him.
