Sometimes people want to make salvation more complicated than it really is. They want to attach all kinds of laws to obey and procedures to follow, but God made it so simple even a child can understand it: Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved. That’s it. BELIEVE Jesus is God’s Son who came into this world to take the penalty for mankind’s—including your!—-sins. BELIEVE He rose again because death couldn’t keep Him in the grave. BELIEVE that He is your Savior and ask Him to be the Lord of your life. No hoops to jump through, no tests to pass, no prior self-improvement necessary. Simply believe and walk in the Light.
