I’ve heard on more than one occasion, “I’m never going to get it right, so why should I even try?” I understand frustration and discouragement, but I hope we never apply that attitude toward our Christian walk. You see, we do not walk alone. We do not face challenges on our own strength. We are indwelled with the Holy Spirit who gives us what we need to overcome the challenges of the day. When we stand firm even in the face of conflict, we show others what it means to lean on Jesus’ strength. God has set us on a pathway meant to grow us in our faith and bring Him glory. You are enabled, dear Christian, so keep striving! Never, ever give up.
