In times of worry or fear or confusion, I need to 1) remember what Jesus has done for me in the past and, therefore, trust Him to meet my present needs; and 2) not get so focused on the physical that I neglect the spiritual. My physical body is meant to fail; my soul is meant to live through eternity.
