When you were in grade school, did you ever receive a good conduct medal? Boy oh boy, those little tin badges were coveted. It offered mute evidence that you’d been honest, truthful, and kind. We might not walk around with a medal pinned to the front of our shirts anymore, but our behavior still gives mute testimony to our honesty, truthfulness, and kindness. God’s wisdom reminds us that everyone is a sinner in need of grace. God’s wisdom prompts us to gently share the true source of hope and peace with those who need to hear it. God’s wisdom guides us in our speech, actions, and attitudes. In the morning, as you dress for the day, “pin on” your love for Christ. It’ll show.
