I’m a wordsmith, and I have a fairly good vocabulary, but there are times when I find myself wordless. When the burdens of life press down so heavily, or a situation arises that seems hopeless, or I don’t know where to turn or what to do, words refuse to form. In those moments when I am wordless and I fall face first before the Father in silent agony, the Spirit interprets my unspoken groans. He intercedes for me. And then He comforts me, reminding me I am not facing any situation alone. We might not always know the right thing, but He always does because He sees the now, the tomorrow, and every day to come. We can trust Him to carry us every step of life’s pathway.
