This is further denunciation of the common belief system bandied about by celebrities and the not-so-famous that claims many roads lead to God. The ONLY way to the Father is through the Son. Jesus Himself said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6).” If we say otherwise, we’re calling Him a liar the same way the Pharisees did. People who say they believe in God are missing the mark unless they personally know Jesus. It’s easier to let people believe what they want to—to “live and let live”—but we cannot be silent when it comes to the truth of salvation. Souls are in danger. We must be bold, as Jesus was bold, and declare the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. JESUS saves!
