Kansas has some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and when storm clouds roll in, the vista is beyond description. Most of us Kansans are a little brazen. When storms (lightning, tornadoes, etc.) arise, we like to stand outside and watch the show; but when things get severe, we’re wise enough to take cover. Whatever storms I might face in life, I know that I have a Refuge. He gives me His Word to use as shield against satan’s darts. No storm, no matter how severe, can steal the hope I possess because my soul belongs to Jesus. Let the storm clouds roll! I’m secure in His arms.
