After watching the movie “War Room,” I set aside a place in my office to post my prayers. I have a daily prayer for my family, and it starts out with the words “Thank You for…” I am so grateful for the family with whom God has gifted me. I’m especially thankful that many of my family members have made a commitment to follow the Lord. I’m sure each of us can make a list of people we love who are faithful followers of Christ. Have you praised God lately for saving your loved ones? Try it–it will give your heart a lift. There is no greater joy than knowing your family is secure for eternity.
