God is definitely a God of love. Only a God of love would send His only Son into a fallen world to take the burden of sin from mankind. It is God’s will that every person comes to a place of redemption. But that doesn’t mean every person is redeemed. Those who refuse the prompting from the Holy Spirit to turn from self and accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord have blasphemed the Spirit. They’ve refused to repent. Without repentance, there cannot be salvation. Without salvation, we’re lost for all eternity. Once we breathe our last earthly breath, it’s too late. We must make the choice to confess our sinfulness and ask Jesus to save us in order to be welcomed through Heaven’s gates. God doesn’t cast us away; we choose our own eternity. I pray daily that those I love, those I encounter on the streets, those I read about in the newspaper or hear about on the news will come to a place of realization that JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY TO LIFE. I beg the Holy Spirit to continue to knock at hearts’ doors. There are so many who wander this world lost and hopeless. Let us pray them into the kingdom. There isn’t a moment to waste.
