This is probably the most “famous” verse in the Bible, as well it should be. I’ve been a Christian for 54 years, and I still choke up when I think of how much love it took for God to do what He did for mankind…especially knowing in advance how many would never love Him in return. God saw how badly we needed redemption. God knew we could not achieve it on our own. Never could we do enough to earn our way to heaven. So He sent Jesus. When we believe, we enter eternal life. Those who refuse Him remain in eternal condemnation. But here’s the hope! As long as a person draws breath, he has an opportunity to accept the gift of salvation. Repeating my Mom’s advice when it comes to lost loved ones: Never stop hoping! Never stop trusting! Never stop praying! Let’s pray’em Home.
