Oh, the law. The list of rules so long and difficult no one could ever keep them all. The law was necessary—it told people they couldn’t save themselves and made them long for a Savior. What we could not do, Jesus Christ did! He lived the perfect life. Then He sacrificed Himself for the lost. When we place our faith in Him, we’re forgiven of our sins and declared righteous before God. No longer do we live in futility, striving to earn our place in heaven. We are His by faith, sealed with His Spirit, and welcomed into His family. Thank You, Father!
