God isn’t stingy. What I need, He gives. Wisdom benefits me, so of course as a loving Father, He bestows it as needed. But He only gives what I am able, at my point of spiritual maturity, to handle. There are times, no matter how much I beg for clarity, when I don’t understand. In those times I must hold to my faith and trust that HE knows why…and that is enough. Like I used to tell my girls when they questioned a decision, “I’m your mom, and you have to trust that I know what’s best for you.” Will God, the perfect Father, do any less? Faith is foremost! My faith grows as I trust Him; my wisdom grows as my faith grows. And someday I will understand…and be grateful.
